Returns & Refunds Policy

Overview

Our store uses Printful to produce and ship all merchandise. Because each item is made to order, our returns and refund process follows Printful’s fulfilment guidelines. This policy explains how returns, replacements, and refunds work for all orders placed through our store.

Made‑to‑Order Products

All products are custom‑printed when you place an order. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer’s remorse.

Please check size guides carefully before ordering.

Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, Printful will replace it at no cost.

To request a replacement, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and include:

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the product and the problem

• Your order number

Once verified, we will submit a replacement request through Printful.

Wrong Address or Delivery Issues

If the shipping address provided at checkout is incorrect or incomplete, Printful cannot offer refunds. If the package is returned to sender, we can reship it, but you will be responsible for the reshipping cost.

If the carrier marks the package as delivered but you did not receive it, we will assist you in lodging an investigation with the carrier. Printful does not provide refunds for lost packages after delivery confirmation.

Returns for Change of Mind or Sizing Issues

Because all items are printed on demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Ordering the wrong size

• Changing your mind

• Disliking the fit or style

• Colour differences due to screen display variations

We provide detailed size charts for every product to help you choose correctly.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they enter production. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately — if the order has not yet been sent to Printful, we may be able to stop it.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

• Verified manufacturing defects

• Incorrect printing

• Items damaged during shipping

Refunds are not issued for:

• Wrong size selection

• Change of mind

• Lost packages after delivery confirmation

• Delays caused by carriers or customs

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

Shipping Policy

Overview

Chargers RC merchandise is produced and shipped through our fulfilment partner, Printful. All products are made to order, which means shipping times may vary depending on production, carrier availability, and destination. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

Production Time

All items are printed or embroidered on demand. Typical production time is:

• 2–7 business days for most products

• Embroidered items may take slightly longer during peak periods

Production time is not included in the shipping estimate.

Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping times depend on the fulfilment location and the destination country.

Australia

Some products may ship from Printful’s Australian facility when available. Estimated delivery: 5–12 business days

United States Fulfilment (Common for Hats & Embroidery)

Estimated delivery: 20–30 days

Other Regions

If your order is fulfilled in Europe or Asia, delivery times may vary based on carrier and customs processing.

All delivery estimates are approximate and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, or peak season volume.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

• Product type

• Fulfilment location

• Destination country

• Carrier rates

Chargers RC does not mark up shipping fees.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear depending on the carrier.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

• We can reship the order

• You will be responsible for the reshipping cost

Refunds cannot be issued for orders returned due to incorrect addresses.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If a carrier marks your package as delivered but you have not received it, Chargers RC will assist you in lodging an investigation with the carrier.

Printful does not provide refunds for packages lost after delivery confirmation.

If a shipment is lost in transit (never delivered), we will work with Printful to arrange a replacement.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Chargers RC cannot estimate or control these fees.

Multiple Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may ship separately depending on:

• Product type

• Fulfilment location

• Production schedule

You will receive tracking information for each shipment.

Shipping Restrictions

Some products may not be available for shipping to certain countries due to carrier limitations or customs regulations. If an order cannot be shipped, we will contact you to arrange an alternative solution.
