Event Location
Chargers RC is located within Andre Rippoll Park in Carole Park, QLD with direct roadside access from Cobalt Street. The address is 215 Cobalt Street, Carole Park Qld 4300.

Key Dates
Registrations open 1st May 2026!

Sunday 28th June – Registrations close (or sooner if classes filled).
​
Monday 29th to Thursday 2nd July - TRACK CLOSED!
​
Friday 3rd July – Sign-in, Practice and Pre-Scrutineering. Timing from 9am to 5pm. This will be a controlled practice per class.
​
Saturday 4th July – 2WD Junior Stock, 2WD Stock, 2WD Modified and 2WD Short Course Truck. Drivers briefing to commence at 7:30am, the day is expected to finish by 5-6pm following trophy presentation.

Sunday 5th July – 4WD Stock, 4WD Modified and 2WD Stadium Truck. Drivers briefing to commence at 7:30am, the day is expected to finish by 4-5pm following raffle draw and trophy presentation.
Entries
Entries must be submitted via the online Race Registration form by clicking the link above. No paper form is available. Entry numbers are capped and remaining entry spots are displayed on the entry form.

Payment can be made via PayPal (incl. Debit/Credit Card) or via Direct Deposit (details on entry confirmation email). Entries are pending until payment is received. Direct Deposit payments must be finalised by 21 May.

Race Format
Qualifying

4 rounds per class (reseeding after Q2)

1 warm-up lap then 5 minutes per round + final laps

Drivers reseeded after Q2 based on results (i.e., top drivers grouped together)

Maximum 10 drivers per qualifying heat

IFMAR staggered start

1 number sticker per car (front window only)

Finals

3 final rounds for 'A' Mains within each class

1-3 final rounds for 'B' Mains and lower (time permitting)

1 warm-up lap then 5 minutes per final round + final laps

Maximum 10 drivers per A Main (potentially higher numbers in B and lower Mains)

MyLaps Gen 4 only
Our LiveTime system will only identify MyLaps RC4 generation transponders (see RC4 and RC4 Pro below). AMB, AMBrc and non-MyLaps branded transponders (e.g MRT) are not supported at our track.
